i cant wait for tomorrow. I CAN'T WAIT FOR TOMORROW! and yet, i wish tomorrow would come a thousand years later..

went for a Fathers' Day dinner at Jumbo restaurant [somewhere near SIS].. not only was the food good, the scenery was good too. that's where the ________ bridge is. i dont know the name of the bridge though. there, it's this one..


and the reataurant is just next to it.. what a good way to earn money.. actually, we were going to have dinner in the open, where we could ooh and ahh at the beautiful scenery, then choke on our food because of that. but then there wasn't enough seats for everyone [or something] and we had to move into the restaurant.. WHICH PREPARES ONE OF THE BEST CRAB I EVER TASTED!

ok, this pic of the crab wasn't very good and i should have taken the crab MEAT instead, but i REALLY WANTED TO START EATING MY DELICIOUS CRABBY! to let the succulent meat come in contact with my raging taste buds.
anw, the black pepper crab was SO good, i ate 2 claws and one leg thingy. plus, a chili crab claw. i love crab claws, cos that's where the meat is the most, and more delicious!
saw a pretty little cat outside before we went it. it's fur is really nice. it looked fresh and healthy, unlike the fur of most stray cats.

it looked so pretty, i had to go over to pat it..

wanted to carry it in my arms but i was afraid i might touch it somewhere that would hurt it and that it in turn would bite me. i'm usually quite afraid of touching stray cats, but my bro sorta convinced me earlier that day when we saw a grey cat sleeping outside the lifts, that they wouldn't. infact, i was fearing the worst when he reached down to stroke the back of the cat but the cat just opened its eyes and started mewing at us. then it went back to sleep.
so i just reached out to stroke the orangey cat. it started mewing rather sadly [sounded like it to me] and then went to rub its body against my leg! haha.. that's so cute.

*gasp* not only is she leaving, newbies are joining! what will happen??!! nothing's going to be the same again. NOTHING. i don't even feel much like going back after graduating. with newbies and no veterans, drastic changes take place-- probably. let's cross our fingers and hope not.

my heart is crying out for things to be back as normal.. but that's impossible. the only constant thing in the world is, what else, CHANGE itself.
i don't even know who those newbies are. what is it going to be like, say, 5 years down the road..? nothing like now at all.. nothing.....

but i guess, i should not doubt their abilities, huh? :)

i just realised that.. i have a total of.. 9 GB shirts collected over these 3 and a half years. on the average, that's about 2-3 shirts per year. and there's supposed to be another shirt for this year's annual camp. so that's like, 3 shirts a year? haha.
my gb shirts:
- Blue National Tee [the most basic gb tee]
- 3 annual camp tees [4 soon-- hopefully]
- pioneerdrillteam's hot pink tee! :)
- 2 regional camp tee ["mission possible", and "no magic formula"]
- resilience tee
- ohman. got mental block. can't remember the last one!
besides these gb tees, there're still the other UG camp tees, like the National Camp tee, the OBS shirts.. if only there was an NDP`03 shirt for the UG parade. haha. actually we were given the Giodarno sponsored red tees, but that wasn't specifically for the UGs.. and anyone in Sg could have bought it.
i especailly love pioneerteam's pink tee. not only is it in a really funky colour, it has all our names written on the back, in the format of the contingent for drillcomp`04.
these shirts really bring back fond memories.. and i love wearing them, and reminiscing the past. things really seem different now. maybe it's cos we've passed out from gb and are rather deactive alrdy.
one day when i'm old and haggard, i'm going to hang up all my gb tees, camp tees, blahblahblah, and i'm going to remind myself how full of joy my GB days were.. goodbye gb5thcoy.. but rest assured this goodbye would never be permanent..
